Crowdfunding is becoming a popular way to fund projects, and we believe it is the best method to get the support we need to give nature a voice in Guernsey.

On our Filming, Photography and Radio trip to Guernsey, we want to:

  • Encourage engagement for hospital radio listeners we aim to entertain and increase their well-being to aid patient recovery
  • Provide exposure for the interviewed guests
  • Enable listeners and viewers to help
  • Gather material which can be re-purposed for the Talking Newspapers nationally which supports the blind (by promoting inclusiveness, information and entertainment)
  • Leave a lasting legacy of shareable film and audio for projects we work with to keep promoting themselves ongoing
  • Document for historical accuracy the current state of nature
  • Benefit the state of nature and our connection with it
  • Give nature a voice

Why Crowdfunding?

Producing our TV, Radio and Photography work takes a lot of time and effort, and in order to continue our work and bring it to Guernsey as the next step, crowdfunding is key to making it happen.

With going down this route of funding, we can bring the show to more locations and build a crowd of people who are passionate about the environment, as well as just the funding. Successfully funding this trip will allow us to bring in more sponsorship and run campaigns for other areas of the UK and the world to really secure the future of this project.

It’s indefensible the negative environmental impacts we are having all over the world and we want to showcase more tenable ways we can all contribute to the state of nature for generations to come.
