In recent blogs, we have mentioned we will be doing some focused work at Holywell Cemetery in Oxford and also on the Great Orme in Llandudno. Both of these we predicted we would be doing in early 2018 but for various reasons they have been delayed.
This has been a steep learning curve for The People’s Countryside Team as these leasons could be considered as disappointments. But we’d rather see them as opportunities to learn to adapt to a quickly changing landscape.
Our next blog will explain how we’ve successfully adapted quickly and it now looks like we will be incorporating some old disused railway lines during an episode of the People’s Countryside in early 2018. We hope to showcase how nature herself adapts and reclaims old railway lines.
We still hope to be filming and recording at Holywell Cemetery and Llandudno very soon.
